Protecting Ourselves From Cyber Crimes

As we know Cyber crimes can cause harm to data , money and reputation. So we need to know how to protect ourselves effecting from these. 

So Government came up with the plan to make the country without any cyber crimes but it is impossible someone will find some vulnerability and someone is gonna patch it up. So everyone are trying to regulate the cyber crimes 

    We need below things to protect our sensitive information or any another information 

• Getting all the equipment related to cyber security: Every time it is easy to think , plan and explain but It is not easy to execute the cyber security team until we have a perfect plan and it will take years to make security to the nation so the Cyber security should have valid permissions from the government, related tools for accessing everything digital asset when the need is present and related permissions from the end users.
• Gathering people who are talented among the cyber security : This is the most crucial step from any of those because we can have a plan and we can execute but without the cyber security experts no one can know what are the related things need for the cyber security and choosing these people from lakhs of people it is very difficult task. Even the exams given to these cyber security experts will be much difficult.  

• Educating the End users (People) : This is last step and in the above steps we can take most security issues to be down but with the permission of the end user or victim an attacker can make the security to get collapsed so we need to educate people what is correct and what is wrong so they can understand properly and can make the nation strong. In last step only the country or the nation will be strong. And mainly attacker uses social engineering to fool the victim(Faking email as friends or the google security some other type) According to the need of the attacker he will perform the attack so educating end user is much important.

• Having Strong Passwords : Because of weak passwords also accounts get into the crimes so every social media or bank accounts need to have the strong passwords. You can check your password strength using password strength checker in the internet.

• Securing Home Network : When the home network is less secured then attacks are might common which are MITM (Man in the Middle attack) and from these it can lead to a lot of damage can happen so Securing home network is also important.

• Keeping Software up-to date : Imagine whatsapp , if whatsapp has some bugs and recently cleared if a victim doesn't update the app then the attacker can use that bug to attack the target so target wouldn't that he is attacked so keeping softwares is mandatory.
